Refund Policy

At Doctors Way, we are committed to providing exceptional services to our clients. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be processed for our consultancy services.

Consultation Fees

Initial Counseling

Initial counseling sessions are provided free of charge. No refund is applicable as there is no fee for this service.

Paid Consultation Services

For paid consultation services, the following refund policy applies:

• 100% refund if cancellation is made within 24 hours of payment
• 50% refund if cancellation is made within 7 days of payment
• No refund after 7 days from payment date

Application Processing Fees

University Application Fees

University application fees are non-refundable once submitted to the respective universities, as these fees are paid directly to the institutions.

Processing Service Fees

For our processing services, refunds are considered based on the stage of the application process:

• 75% refund if cancellation occurs before document submission
• 50% refund if cancellation occurs before university application submission
• 25% refund if cancellation occurs after application submission but before admission letter
• No refund after receiving admission letter

Visa Processing Fees

Visa processing fees are handled as follows:

• Government visa fees are non-refundable as per embassy policies
• Our service fees for visa processing are non-refundable once documents are submitted to the embassy
• 50% refund of our service fees if cancellation occurs before document submission

Package Deals

For comprehensive package deals that include multiple services, refunds are calculated based on the services rendered and the stage of completion:

• Refunds are proportional to services not yet initiated
• Administrative charges of 10% may apply to all package refunds
• No refund for services already completed or in progress

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Document verification and translation services
• Travel arrangements and accommodation bookings
• Insurance premiums
• Third-party service fees
• Emergency processing fees

Refund Process

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Submit a written refund request to info@doctorsway.com
2. Include your name, contact information, and service details
3. Provide reason for refund request
4. Attach payment receipt and any relevant documentation
5. Allow 7-10 business days for processing

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 14-21 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be made through the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Exceptions

We may consider exceptions to this refund policy in the following circumstances:

• Medical emergencies with proper documentation
• Visa rejection despite complete documentation
• University withdrawal through no fault of the client
• Force majeure events affecting travel or study plans

All exceptions are subject to management review and approval on a case-by-case basis.

Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes regarding refunds, we encourage clients to first contact our customer service team. If the matter remains unresolved, it may be referred to appropriate legal channels in Delhi, India.
